You can choose to receive a self care subscription box every month or every two months!
If this subscription is a gift, don't worry about the receipt/invoice as your receipt is emailed to you, it is never shipped with your order.

FAQs about your subscription:
When will my first subscription box ship?
Subscription boxes ship on the 1st working day of every month. If the 1st of the month is a weekend or bank holiday, subscription boxes will ship on the next working day. If you would like the first subscription box to ship early or on a different date just reply back to your confirmation email and we will take care of that for you.
Can you send the first subscription box to me and the rest to the recipient?
Absolutely, just contact us here or reply to your confirmation email with your request and we can do that no problem.
Is there a voucher I can give to the recipient?
Yes, in your confirmation email there is a link to an e-voucher that you can print. Alternatively, we can also post you a physical voucher for you to give to the recipient or we can post it to the recipient on your behalf. Just contact us here or reply to your confirmation email with your request.
What is the last order dates for subscription boxes?
The day before the 1st of the month, eg the 30th/31st of every month.
When will my payment be processed?
Your payment will be processed on the day you sign up and will renew every 30 days until you cancel or contact us to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship with An Post, from Waterford on the same day if you order before 3pm Monday to Friday or the next working day if it is outside of those hours.
For example, if you order at 6pm on a Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday.
If you order at 2am on Saturday, it will ship on Monday (providing the Monday is not a bank holiday),
If you would like to choose a shipping date in advance, you can choose the date you would like your order to ship in your cart.
Is shipping free in Ireland?
Yes, shipping is free in Ireland and the north of Ireland for orders over Eur30 and is just Eur3.95 if the order is below Eur30.
Shipping is Eur15 for orders to the UK and Europe.
Where do I put the message I would like included on the card?
There is a message box in the cart where you can type the message you would like. If you miss this box for any reason, just reply back to your confirmation email with your message. Don't worry, we will reply back to your email to let you know we have it.
Do you include receipts/invoices with my order?
No, we never include receipts/invoices in our gift boxes. These will be emailed to you.
